1. Admission will be started as per schedule by R G U H S Bangalore.
2. Application in the prescribed form and complete in all respects should be submitted to the Principal Sri
Raghavendra Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Malladihalli within the last date specified for
submission of
application. The application should be accompained by true copies of all the concerned
marks cards and other
certificates, incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
